"Makers" Project

The Makers project strives to introduce the world of renewable energies to technology-oriented high schools in Jerusalem, by establishing a hands-on green technology workshop where high-school pupils will work with university students to construct renewable energy devices. Working in cooperation with education experts, the students are developing a curriculum that will guide the pupils through the stages of the engineering project, allowing them to experience the creative side of engineering.

EthioPi

The project goal is to improve computer science education in Tigray, a region of Ethiopia.

Most of the high schools in Tigray lack properly equipped computer labs that are necessary for practical computer science education. Our mission is to provide Raspberry Pi computer labs to 7 high schools in Tigray. In addition, the students will teach local engineering students how to build a functioning Raspberry Pi computer lab in order to promote further constructions of computer labs.
